The short version

  • We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 at level AA on every page, in both the dark and the light theme.
  • The site is partially conformant: some content and components do not fully meet it yet.
  • The known gaps are listed below, with what we are doing about each one.
  • Found a barrier? Email hi@cogneet.com — we reply within five working days.

Our commitment

Cogneet wants everyone to be able to use cogneet.com, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, voice control, magnification or captions. We design and test the site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the international standard published by the W3C.

Our aim is that you can:

  • use every page and form with a keyboard alone, with a clearly visible focus indicator;
  • zoom to 200 % or read on a screen 320 pixels wide without losing content or scrolling sideways;
  • use the site with a screen reader such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver or TalkBack;
  • stop animation with your device’s “reduce motion” setting;
  • find any page in more than one way — from the menu, the search or the sitemap;
  • choose a dark or a light theme, both designed for text contrast of at least 4.5:1.

What we do

Accessibility is part of how every page is built and reviewed, not a check at the end.

  • Every page template has accessibility in its definition of done, with keyboard and screen-reader checks before it is released.
  • Automated accessibility tests check every page template, in both colour themes, before it is released.
  • Buttons and other controls are designed to be at least 24 by 24 pixels, and 44 pixels where they are meant for a finger.
  • Forms are built to work without JavaScript, to describe errors in words and to list them at the top of the form.
  • Videos play only when you press play, and new videos are published with captions.
  • Our designers, writers and developers are trained in WCAG 2.2.

Conformance status

cogneet.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA. Partially conformant means that some content and components do not yet meet the standard. The gaps we know about are listed below.

Known limitations

  • Demonstration content and a few placeholder pictures. Some text and figures are demonstration content that is being replaced, and a few pictures are still generated gradient artwork standing in for photography that is being produced. The pictures on cards and in feature rows are decorative: the words beside them carry the meaning. We are replacing the remaining placeholders as the final photography and content are published.
  • The video player. Case-study videos play in YouTube’s own player, which loads only when you press play. Its controls and captions are provided by YouTube, so we cannot fix a barrier inside the player itself. Ask us and we will send a transcript of any video.
  • Some interactive components are being refined. Sliders, filters, menus and some small controls may not yet meet every requirement for keyboard focus, target size, contrast or use without JavaScript. We are testing and fixing them; if one gets in your way, tell us and we will help you another way.

Content outside our control

“Get directions” links open Google Maps, and if the spam check on our forms is switched on, Cloudflare may ask you to confirm you are human. Neither is covered by this statement. If either does not work for you, email or call us and we will send directions or take your enquiry another way.

Feedback and contact

If something on cogneet.com does not work for you, please tell us. Email hi@cogneet.com with the page address and what happened, or call our Faridabad office (Monday to Saturday, 10:00–19:00 IST) on the number listed on our Locations page.

We reply within five working days. If you need any content in a different format — plain text, a tagged PDF or audio — we will send it to you.

Technical specifications

cogneet.com is built with HTML, CSS and WAI-ARIA, and works with the assistive technology installed on your device. JavaScript improves some features, such as sliders, two-step forms and filters; the content of every page is built to work without it.

We test with the latest two versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, and with these screen readers:

  • NVDA with Firefox and Chrome on Windows
  • JAWS with Chrome on Windows
  • VoiceOver with Safari on macOS and iOS
  • TalkBack with Chrome on Android

How we assessed the site

Cogneet assessed cogneet.com itself, as a self-evaluation against WCAG 2.2 level AA, combining automated tests with a manual review of every page template.

  • Automated tests — axe-core in both colour themes, and Lighthouse, on every page template.
  • Manual review — keyboard-only use, 200 % zoom, 320-pixel reflow, both colour themes, reduced motion and the screen readers listed above, on a representative page of each template.

Date of this statement

This statement was prepared on 22 September 2026, based on a self-evaluation completed on 21 September 2026. We review it every six months and whenever we add a new page template.
